Haykaz brings extensive experience to the live casino industry. For three years, he worked as a dealer and game presenter at one of the leading online casinos in the Caucasus region. Currently, he serves as the Operations and Quality Supervisor for the Turkish and Arabic lines, where he oversees his team of dealers and conducts assessments for new recruits.

At Elite Dealers Academy, Haykaz contributes as an instructor and examiner for the Turkish and Arabic courses, sharing his expertise and helping to shape the next generation of professional live casino dealers.
